Here's the sitution. I just received my pre-modded PS2 a few days ago with the Crystal Chip 2.0 and tried out GTA:SA and it immediately booted the game, skipping the Sony Browser. I then rebooted the system and hit a few buttons and was brought to BootManager. I was surfing around the menus and was interested in clearing the information off of my memory card but, from what I believe now, deleted the information on the DataFlash File System by accident. And I will admit that I was not fully versed on what I was doing. Anyway...subsequently, when I attempted to load any game the screen would only flicker and nothing would boot; BootManager would not show up, either. I have burned a cd to upgrade the firmware, but that CD doesn't load either. I am incredibly frustrated with myself because of this mistake and that fact that it took over two months to receive my machine (added to the fact that I had originally ordered a Matrix Infinity and was sent a Crystal Chip instead). I have sent e-mails to Crystal Chip and left phone messages with the business that I bought the machine from and haven't heard any word back. If anyone could advise me as to what to do next, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
