where can i buy one ??
More than likely your local Gamestop (providing they cleared out their previous stock of 9.3) The funny part of it is, it's not even mentioned on its offical site. Honestly I don't know where as I just kinda stumbled on it over the net and I can't remember where I got it at.
hi, I've noticed that on v14's and up the usb ports don't get activated like they did with the v12 & v13s. the v14's only get powered when the game/ app requires it(example headset/keyboard). While the v12 & 13 get powered up when the ps2 is turned on. dunno if anyone else has experienced this. I have a v12 with a dms4 pro se and i can load any usb drive that i have tried. while I have modded v14 & up with both dms4's and cc2.0's and have not been able to get the usb to see any usb pen drives or hard drives. Anyone else experience this??
From codebreaker's site:
"If you have the latest PS2 Slim Model (SCPH-75001 or higher): Sony has made some key modifications to this revision of the PS2. It seems that the changes they have made to the USB hardware have rendered the CodeBreaker's USB drivers inoperable. This is likely due to use of a newer and probably cheaper chipset. The change does not seem to effect software that uses Sony's USB drivers, but Pelican's home-brew drivers do not operate (Pelican cannot use Sony's drivers for legal reasons). A future version of the CodeBreaker will likely fix this problem. For now, there is no fix for this on your unit."
Found this todayi bought old FAT Ps2 on ebay today ..

And they need more than 2 years to fix this ? (the slim is here since september 2004).
