Codebreaker v7.0+ Boot Up?

I have tested Codebreaker v7.0,v7.1, v8.0, v8.1, and v9.1
and they did NOT boot up with the crystal chip

Tested on Consoles v10, v11, and v12

I don't think Crystal Chip supports Codebreaker.
