    Hi

    I just installed a CC 1.0 in a V14 GH41.

Everything works, but when I close the lid with power off (red light) the red light goes off, and I can't turn on the PS2.

If I open the lid, the red light comes on, and I can turn on the PS2. Close the lid, and everything works.

When the PS2 is on, i can also reset the machine without any problems.

    Firmware is V29

The small PCB with diode and lid switch is changed, and still same problem.

    Anyone got any ideas ?

    TIA

    Kim A

Had that problem for a PSTwo I was doing. Just remove the case and put it back, then see what happens.

Tryed that a few times. Then I talked to the costumer, and he didn't care, as long the machine worked (He could turn it on with lid open, and then close it)

But still it's a very strange problem, especially when you can close the lid, after the machine is turned on !
