... I don't care about it it is the just the fastest way to backup all my gamesaves to a USB drive quickly and fast, also to put new game saves from game faqs on it if you know a better way then please share it with us.
I already told ya the best way to make gamesave backups. It's LaunchELF's psuPaste function. With uLE you don't even need a USB drive, you can use the HDD, or copy them directly through the network on your PC. And you can choose which name to use for the *.psu file, titel or foldername, or both, and it can add the date of last update too, so you can always tell which psu belongs to which game and which save was the last you used.

How can i tell that i successfully installed this and can you give me a step by step on how to do it ?
Just burn the image, either by selecting the cue, or by selecting the bin and setting mode2. Boot it in your PS2, choose install BM and the device you wish to install to, then coose upgrade FW and wait till you're back in the main menu. That's it, easy as pie.
If everything work like it should after the installation, then I guess it was successful.;)
You can see the installation progress of BM, but if you want a success message for the FW upgrade, you have to use the network installation.

OK well ... You see currently im trying to play Kingdom Hearts II , now the first time i try to play it it works 100% but when i tried to play again it comes up as BM v2.0.6 is this the most up to date? Also how do i know i got a firmware that boots backups? I did all that but im not sure i did it right . Ok well when i place the burned image in the circle of the disc in the top left part of the screen shows blue. so i choose
Boot Media -> Boot In Minimal Mode
This goes to a black screen for about 30 seconds then it acts like it rebooted the BM . I cant figure out how to get this game to work, because it worked fine the first time, all my other burns work fine , i've burnt this game 2x and the same thing has happened each time. Any ideas?
If you use the hacked software from the first post of this thread, then it's the most up to date and can boot backups.
But why do you use the Minimal Mode?
It shows the blue PS2 disc icon, cause the FW CD is in PS2 format.
Of course it acts like rebooting BM, cause BM is used to install BM and FW. Take a close look at the menu, it's not the same as when started from MC.
I just tested KH2 here, and it works just fine. Could you please give a more detailed description of the problem, cause I don't really understand your first sentence.

You don't have to make a video, I've now read your other posts.
The problem with rebooting to BM has been brought up in the German support forum too, but I really don't know what could be wrong.
Best would be if you could make a detailed bug report in the bug thread, including all your PS2 and CC specs and maybe even the video. I'm sure the CC Team will see that, and maybe they know what's wrong.
EDIT: Actually, it was the only minimal problem, that was reported in the german forum. Be sure to include that in your bug report.
The rebooting BM prob, was reported to me by Spedmetal with the game Charlie and the chocolate factory PAL, but it's really strange, since only that particular game was affected and no other game he tested.
