Hello, Iv been searching around some and I cant find what each PCB on my CC 2 Pro goes to, Iv used an install picture but that still doesnt say what "a" "b" "sx" etc. is connected to.

    this is the chip:
    crystal-chips.com/main/content/view/69/57/lang,en/

Like now my home-chipped-PS2 starts ok, and all seems fine, BUT only CD/DVD I can play is audio cd's and now Im wondering wich solder Iv most likely done wrong... on a v12 PSTWO, any guide / info on this would be GREAT

    thanks

    /kent

Did you install a firmware? You know every CC is empty and has to be flashed first using an upgrade disc.

Oh... lol maybe its that simple... can that be done while the chip is on my PS2 just put in a firmware disc or do I need to remove it and such?

and next question... where / what version of firmware should I pick?
Im not 100% what version of my CC it is but it looks just like this:

    crystal-chips.com/main/content/view/69/57/lang,en/

    same colors and all...
