    i have a v14 ps2 w/ CC 1.1
    would i be able to get the latest firmware and bootmanager and install it? would all the new features of the latest bootmanager work w/ cc 1.1?

    Yes, you'll be able to install latest firmware on your chip. I have a 1.0 chip and thanks to Crystal it will be supported too for all the next releases.
    They also pretend that we'll get all the great new features.
    Again, thank you Crystal Chip to give us this incredible support. This chip is definitly the BEST ONE.

    so wait, what do u mean pretend we'll get all the new features?

    it says bootmanager now supports usb hdds. it'll work for the 1.1 chip too right?

    Yes, that's what I meant. The USB HDD support is already there. Just plug an USB HDD with a BM folder in it and run or install applications from it (if the application has been designed to be launched from USB).
