CC 1.0 not taking the flash?
CC 1.0 not taking the flash? –

I've downloaded the r19 hacked firmware for the CC from eurasia (both src and ready to use file) and I put it in a v7 ps2 with cc1.0 professionally installed. After the flashing says done, I reboot it and load BM to check the version, and it says
BIOS ROM : v1.3CAC
I've tried multiple times to flash it, but it won't work! The person who installed my chip last time i'm guessing didn't update it with the latest firmware as it didn't work with imports, hence my trying to boot them with a new firmware.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Does it just go to a black screen or do you get RSOD? Try R18 cracked.

If imports didn't work in the first place the install probably wasn't done correctly.

what's RSOD? After it finishes, it just says DONE! Then I remove the disk, reboot, boot to BM, and see the version and it still says 1.3. I'm sure the install was done correctly as it does play backups, but not imports? Also sure b/c this guy is a renowned ps2 installer on another forum that I visit.

Hi,
I have the same problem with an crystal C1.1 on V4 with the same firmware than you spoke (from same location).
I boot on CD, I choose upgrade firmware, after +- 30 sec, It writes "Done" but when I reboot and I go to Information, I see that I'm always in 1.8 (not 1.9h).
Do you know what's the problem ?
Thanks in advance
Regards
