Accidentally erased my firmware, help! :O –

Hi everyone,
I am a completely moron and accidentally erased my firmware when trying to upgrade it. The chip is installed but now when I boot the PS2 it simply goes to the regular PS2 start up screen and I can't play my backups (hence why I was trying to upgrade my firmware in the first place).
Does anyone have any basic tutorials on how to get the firmware back up and running? I'm a complete noob and don't really know what even ELF is for.
Thanks!

Download the latest hacked software, e.g. the modified one from my signature, burn it to a CD, boot it in the PS2 and install FW and BM again. Simple as that, no need for you to know what an ELF is, but it would be better anyways.
