I had that chip installed and it works, I started to mess up, so then i take the chip out completely then put it back on , now i get just a black screen. does it need to be flashed again of what? anyway know whats going on with it?

So let me get this right.....
1) You had the chip installed and it was working, meaning it was booting back-ups?
2) Then you "started to mess up" ..... with some undefined issues?
3) So then you took the chip out and put it back in and now you get a black screen?
If it was already flashed and working then I don't think you would need to flash it again. I would assume one or more of your solder points is to blame. What version is your PS2?
