I have trouble with my DMS4 chip on first boot. It always give me a black screen, and thus I usually have to reset 2-3 on first boot. After that it all is ok. But the new bios didn't solve this annoying problem.

hm.. sounds like interference. perhaps changing the chips position or routing the wires away from the bottoms of the GS and EE would help.

yes, i have had this prob with a couple of my dms4 se lite's too..

from standby i geet BSOD, press reset and all is well no matter how many reboots i do, but back to standby and i get the same again..

i replace the dms4se lite with another dms4se lite while keeping the same wiring and the other works fine, booting from standby,etc..

Ok, I think I may have this figured out, but I'm not positive. Is the ToxicOS for use ONLY with the DMS4 Pro chip, or can I use it with a DMS4 ES lite, DMS4 lite? I am trying to decide which chip to go with, and the ToxicOS is my deciding factor. If it will work with a DMS4 ES lite, I will go with that and save myself 20 bucks, but if not that I guess I will have to go with the Pro

Toxic OS only works with DMS4 Pro chips. Toxic BIOS only works with DMS4 Lite chips.
