My DMS4 pro se modded PS2 will play cds, dvds, ps1, and ps2 games after a laser adjustment. It Loads the games slower now that the chip is in but otherwise it all works.

My main problem is i cant seem to get my ps2 to read the Toxic os disks i am burning. I am using alcohol 120, choosing the .cue file and burning it with the playstation 2 settings per instruction but i keep getting disk read errors. Any thoughts would be great.

It may be my media. Memeorex disks Is all I could get my hands on for now.

I know it may be a decade or 2 before any one answers. lol.

    Update:

My burner was supposedly able to dumb down to 4x to create the OS flash disk but it wasnt getting it quite right. Dug up an old philips 4-12x CDR burner and tried again. Worked. The memorex disks are a bit to skinny to be broperly gripped by the PS2 drive so you have to place 2 layers of clear packing tape around the spindle hole for it to spin up correctly.
