Just got back. It works perfectly now.


Just a thought here. Since my PS2 worked fine with DVD games before, and didn't after the mod, does the DMS3 draw power from the laser supply to the point where the lower power in conjunction with the dirty lens was just enough to make it RSOD on me?

quite possible or it ignores the authentication because the signal is waek remember mod's hijack the boot process maybe a fail safe of the dms3 so it does not patch wrong or corrupt data.

I downloaded this picture but it seems to be flipped around.
Can someone explain what should I do?
I was soldering and I noticed that the wires are in the wrong side? I can just look at the top part and match?
Also can I solder Just the ones that are supposed to go to the legs or should I do all of them in the bottom?

anyways i couldnt dig up my old points so i used my messiah alternate's and altered them for dms3 use.
these points are directly below the bios.

you can mix and match if you like bios legs or pad's
match the nearest component or track so you know what goes where.
