Hello everyone. I've recently come into the option of buying a DMS4 EZI Lite modchip. The seller of it said it's really easy to install, and gave me a link with some info on it (from a shop I think) which said it can boot like anything you throw at it and then some.
Anyway, at the moment, I only have a swap disc, as I only have like 2 or 3 "backups" that I use and the 2 main games I play are original copy, but I was thinking of getting one of those PS2 Flip Top to use the swap disc easier, but then i came into this person selling a dms4 ezi lite, and it sounds tempting.
Anyway, is this modchip actually as easy as it sounds to install? And will I have any problems booting any burned dvd's? Also one more question, can it convert PAL to NTSC signal? I have a copy of an european PAL game, and unfortunately this game was not released in north america, and my TV doesn't support PAL, so even when I force NTSC mode thru Swap magic, it still looks screwy on my TV, so the game isn't really playable. Would this DMS 4 EZI lite be able to display the game properly (cause from what I understand, you'd need a modchip to convert pal to ntsc signal properly.. ).
Thank you for any answers.
