How to copy downloaded saves from a CD to a memory card using a DMS4 modded PS2?

Does anyone know how/if it's possible to copy downloaded saves from a CD to a PS2 memory card using a DMS4 Pro modchip equiped PS2? I'm using the latest Toxic OS (.41).

Basically, I downloaded some saves for a game from the internet. I put these files onto a CD. I am able to see these files on the CD through Toxic OS's browser. However, I can't figure out how to copy these save files from the CD to my memory card so that I can actually make use of them. Does anyone know how to do this?

I don't want to have to buy a pen drive or a max drive or any other extra perhipherals if I can help it.

You can use U Launch ELf . Find an iso of it .
Burn the image on a disc and run it .
Go to MC:/0 and make a new folder called BOOT (capital letters !) [press R1->New Folder] then copy BOOT.elf inside.[go to cdfs :/ -> R1 -> copy ..then move up to mc:/0 ,get inside the BOOT folder ,R1 again then do paste .]\
Now ULaunch ELF is installed on your memory card .
Then when your console starts , boot the app using DEV1 [for me i press R1 before the PS2 browser but for DMS it may be different .Find out ]
The save ..lets say you got it from gamefaqs ..it's gonna have extensions like xps ,sps ..those have to be converted using PS2 SAVE BUILDER .Run the program ,open the file and three files will appear .Select them all ,right click then extract .Then put them in a new folder(all in capital letters!) that will be named like it is written above the three files ..something that begins with BALUS,BESLES or BASCUS followed by some numbers .So burn that folder on cd and using ULaunch Elf go to CDFS:/ ,press R1 and a menu will appear and select copy ,then go to MC:/0,get inside it, press R1 again and press paste .
Looks hard i know but it's really not . And if you have a pen drive it will make the save transfer easier.
