Elf files wont install

Yeah i got my ps2 fitted with a dms4 pro se a few weeks ago and i put in toxic os .41 and i cant seem to install any elf files dunno why, i've tried sony and verbatim media for different kinds of things to install.

Do you know where to install or copy the files to?

I tried both the mc and the hdd but toxicos says its an invalid install file

Dont use toxic OS, use uLaunchELF to copy and transfer ELF files.
