VGA Mode - What does this do?

I'm just curious, does the Force VGA mode on the Matrix Infinity allow you to play all ps2 games in 480p regardless of if they support it or not?

I'm trying to find a way to play non 480p games on my HDTV without having them lag...

maybe it enables VGA-compatible output, so you can hook up PS2 to a regular PC monitor (via an adapter)?

yep. you need an adaptor.
