V14 GH-040-51 Won't Boot

I installed a matrix infinity, green dot, into my V14 PS2, plugged it in, hit the switch and the light goes green but quicly changes back to red. What's the deal?

This sounds like a short between the 3.3v and the ground, check it .
Also some restovers from flux can cause this problem, try cleaning it with aceton.
