I have Orange Dot with firmware 1.82 right now... here are the questions

1 - Can I just burn 1.91 and update with that or do I have to do all in between firmware, 1.88 and then 1.91?

2 - Is there even a point to updating if with 1.82 right now I have no problems running anything?

    1) No, you can just upgrade to the latest, you don't have to step up one-by-one.

    2) Not really, not major point. Usually it's best to stay with the latest versions for bug-fixes etc, but all v1.88 did was add HongKong compatability (whatever that is) and v1.91 is even more vague, you're not missing out on anything if v1.82 does all you need!

Having said that, I always update because i'm an update whore

Well I did upgrade to 1.91. My sig was at 1.75 but I did put on the 1.8 update. It doesnt add much. I just think you should wait until 2.0. Like muppet said it doesnt add much. I too am like muppet. I like having the latest firmware.
