Trouble with PAL games display issue

Hello I recently got the Matrix infinity installed, the person who perform the procedure told me it is capable of playing everything without issues.

I tried playing Snk vs Capcom 2 PAL edition, which is burned onto a normal CD, unfortunately there seems to be a display issue with PAL games so it seems. The screen would flicker up and down constantly, is this something to do with manual configuration or is there an solution to this problem? Thank you. I can play NTSC games without issues.

you can boot to the configuration menu by holding the triangle and circle buttons, then change the output to NTSC. You might also what to change the Y-fix to auto.
