I have a Matrix Infinity Green Dot chip and everything is working very well except it seems to take a long time to bootup my backed up games. For example, when I put a backup in, it may take 15 seconds before the game finally changes from the black screen. And with my backed up PS1 games, many times it doesn't load at all, so I have my kids hold down the "circle" button when booting a PS1 game which forces PS1 mode. That works, but again, it takes about 15 to 20 seconds before the black screen goes away and the game starts to come up.

    I use Verbatim DVD+R 16x. My PS2 is version 14.

Everything works fine after about 20 seconds. It comes up and plays perfectly. It just takes a while.
