Quick question about new chip

Hi all. I'm getting a Matrix Infinity fitted in my PS2, I hope I made the right choice.

I believe it is a Blue Dot one. Can I upgrade this using the 1.75 firmware image I downloaded? Is the blue dot the latest version of the MI?

To install new firmware, do I hold in the eject button for 2 seconds while the disc is inside the PS2?

Which SCPH nr do you have?

Green Dot is the Latest Infinity chip.

Simply burn the firmware on a cdr and then follow instructions.

I'm getting it put in a v14 PS2 Slimline.

What does the green dot have that the blue doesn't?
