    Hi!
I recently bought a PS2 75004 PAL GH-041-14 and a Matrix Infinity homebrew GreenDot. for the installation i used http://www.infinitymod.com/matrix/fi...16/PAL-V14.JPG this, because this one http://www.infinitymod.com/matrix/fi...4-GH041-xx.JPG wasn't even near my console (in circuit, of course). the problem is that the first drawing doesn't have connection for the H point. The problem now is that when i boot, i think the drive doesn't even look for a cd/dvd (original, whatever). i can hear it move, like putting the lens back, or like when i open the lit i hear it moves, but i see a no data screen.

    Any suggestions ????

Is the connections diagram correct for my PS2?

    Thanx!

I resolve it. Disconnected all then strips connected to drive and reconnected them again and it all worked fine.

Now it just overheats. I can only play for 5 minutes then it stops, just disconnects and the red light is blinking.

Is the diagram circuit correct? Is the H connections really necessary?

    Please Help.

    the diagrams are right
H = needed in NTSC Consoles Only pal can do without it

overheating en blinking led indicates indeed heat problems
did you screw on the heatsink plate
did you put back the fan connector

    is the fan running ?
if not check fuses on the mainboard indicaded with ps

    good luck troubleshooting
