Problem with my installation..

I just installed my MI on my V15 and now when i boot my PS2 i see the matrix logo and all, but when i try to boot a homebrew/back-up ps1 or ps2 game it just tells me to insert a ps or ps2 game.. i tried running the firmware upgrade and nothing happens..Also, when I press O or Triangle to get to the config it takes me over to the Sony Bios..When I try to enter into recovery mode it just makes my ps2 boot normally without the matrix logo.. any suggestions?

Ok, nevermind im just a complete retard, yes, i admit i am.. one of the wires i soldered in came loose when i took the tape that was holding it in place off.. and i just didnt see it like a the moron that i am..
