Problem with DVD-9

Hi! I'm new to this forum.(But I'll introduce me later)
I have modded PS2 Slim SCPH-75004 with Matrix Modchip. I was trying to play GT4, but it was writing: The disc could not be read.
I thought it was a disc problem untill I tried to load 24:The game.
I need to enable somehow the DVD-9 support but I don't know how. Can you please help?

is that a backup game ?

Nope. Both of them are original.
