please help! Matrix infinity chip not working!?

my ps2 is V12 Japan Version, i just downloaded the new firmware (1.75) from the official site and tried to upgrade my MI chip, i had successfully upgraded the chip (as the menu said so) and pressed the reset button. So i tried to turn on my Ps2 again what comes out is the matrix logo and nothing more happened, i am pretty sure that my chip isnt a modbo, so what's wrong with my ps2?? i tried the recovery mode but the disc wont load???

your ps2 still work you know just replace the modchip with a real one that it you dont have to let your ps2 RIP
