mx4 fitted! when trying to flash turns off!!!

hi there!
i have fitted my 2nd ps2 (version9) with the mx4 chip, but when i try to flash it (holdong down power button ) the screen changes but imediately the ps2 turns off!!!
i have done a version 5 before so i now know how to flash (well i thought i did) but this version 9 (silver) turns off!!
p.s the ps2 works fine for originals still ,so i guess the mod is ok!

found it guys!!!
i forgot to put on the rst wire!! whoops!!! (thats what happens when you try to chip at 3am in the morning!!)
all ok now!!
