MI in v14 Q's

Does anyone have any info on when we'll see a solution for the MI chip not working in a v14? I've got one of each sitting here and would like to get the mod done ASAP, but if we wont see a solution for a while then I should just use this in a future mod and order a compatible chip now. So has there been any updates lately as to the progress?

they said they would have news release on the v.14 issue this week according to the email i got from luke

Im a bit dissapointed that they have no info regarding this on there website, the CRYSTAL team are keeping everybody well updated on there progress but no news at all from the MATRIX team!!!

I totally agree. Very disappointing. It's remarkably silent. Possibly a firmware update isn't sufficient to make it work and the hardware also needs to be changed. But I hardly can imagine that, although the Crystal- en MARS-chips use some other solderpoints than the Matrix.

i know the infinityteam is late with publishing news but i know that it is a little bit difficulter than we al think,

Infinityteam just want to release something that is right and not a half solution,
do not forget that there are lot of changes on the v14 revision and we don't want a dead pstwo after a week if it was'nt hacked right ,

Saw this several times happening with beta XBOX bioses who killed hardware because wrong (or not excistings interupts) where used

all we have to do is wait a little bit longer and we forgot this hole problem in a couple of weeks

We will release anyhow a new version becouse the firmware is not a really
good solution due to the many changes in the V14 machine.

We are late becouse we would like also to offer a stable firmware only
solution, but the technicians are still checking this issue.
If they solve it we will release also a firmware only solution for the
V14, otherwise we will start shipping to our reseller a new Infinity with
V14 code already programmed nto the APA.

A new release will be issued shortly on this subject.

I wish the M.I team make a firmware for the old mods .
Not only a completly new mod. I have many << old >> orange / blue dot M.I .
I hope .........

If they make a new chip there is an reason for it, nobody makes it just for fun.
So if they can make an stable and safe firmware it will be out

I think there is a lot of us with orange and blue Infinitys, I HOPE THEY CAN GET THEM WORKING .. pleeeeease!!! hehe

Or else we can wait for a little while for the H20 from Summ0ne!

Well for me it does not matter if i need a new infinity i only hope that they make a fast decision todo it with a firmware or not
that because before they send it out it also take a couple of weeks before the reseller are suplied with a new stock

if people want to clear there currents stock send me a pm because i still can use enough of the blue and yellow dots
