You can Download it from HERE.

    New Features and additions:

    - Full V14 compatibility
    - PS2LOGO customization
    - Automatic language selection
    - Additional memory card boot applications
    - Component video related fixes

    Notes :
    - Full V14 compatibility added to the firmware.

    - Installer/final users can now personalize the logo shown when booting ps2 titles.
Please refer to the ilogo.txt file for additional instructions on how to do that.

    - Language selection was removed from the config menu. The language and settings
selected on the ps2 browser are automatically used when booting MC/HDD applications.

    - As requested from many users, two new buttons are now available to launch application
directly from memory card. Please refer to the "LAUNCHING MEMORY CARD APPLICATIONS"
section in this file for additional information.

    - Few small fixes for users using a component video cable.
So does this mean any Infinity can be upgraded to work on the V14's!!!

Ok, if you can upgrade the older ones to work in the v14, then after all there was no need to develop a New M.I.. But there must be some differences between the GREEN DOT and the previous ones, because the GREEN DOT version does not function properly in a V12 with firmware 1.62 or older: I have tried 1.36 and 1.54 and this also does not work.

But we'll await some experiences from modders who will upgrade older Infinitys to V1.68 in a V14. Maybe it will work, but why then a new Infinity ?
Perhaps at first the Matrix Team wasn't convinced that the problem could be solved by a firmware update only and started developing a new release of their chip. But I doubt that.

Uhm, as I was thinking things over and over again, it was the recovery mode which did not function properly on the older Infnity's in a V14. That was wat the Matrix team published at first regarding the V14 issue and why their chips had to be redesigned. So the question is; how do you upgrade an older Infinity in a V14 ? Maybe with the Infinity manager installed on the memorycard, but if so, we'll have to create one ourselves for firmware 1.68. Maybe the same trick works as we did with the Infinity manager and v1.54 firmware.

nah you wouldnt need to do all that. You could just rename the I.ELF to BOOT.ELF and install it to a memory card in mc0:BOOT/BOOT.ELF on another system then put it in the V14 and boot the MI in dev1 mode by holding R1.

The new logo feature is very cool, my custom logo looks like crap put its still cool. I will keep working on my logo

Also they added 3 dev1 launchers

    R1 : "mc0:BOOT/BOOT.ELF"
    R2 : "mc0:BOOT/BOOT2.ELF"
    L2 : "mc0:BOOT/BOOT3.ELF"

very cool! The Infinity is still a rock solid chip!

EDIT: But I guess your way would work for those that dont have access to a second system

So from what I understand from the above, when the firmware has been corrupted somehow in a matrix infinity:

    1) With old Matrix Infinity in V14/V15, you need MC upgrade method to recover the firmware
    2) With new Matrix Infinity in V1-V15, you can just use the firmware CD-R

Further on every version works the same with FW V1.68.

Can you please tell me, what is the difference between a V14 and a V15 ?

    Hey guys,

as you can find in another thread on this forum, the orange dot version of the M.I (and thus the other older ones) probably don't work in the V14, even if it is flashed with firmware v1.68. It gives a black screen.

So that confirms the need and development for a new M.I.-release for the V14. I was almost impossible that the Matrix Team would do so much effort without use.
