    Hi sory for my BAD ENGLISH,i'am italian
    , i have bought a modchip Matrix infinity MX4.
    I have installed on my pstwo,but the play don't work with the chip. The screen is black ,but the lens work!
    After some minutes that the cd rom work, i couldn't use a power button to shoutdown the play,i must remove supply!
    If i remove the modchip,the play work perfectly!
    i don't understand what's the problem,because with volt tester, i have verified that all the connection are OK!
    i look at the voltage of all pin ,that are the folow:

    I -> 3,43
    H -> 3,45
    G -> 3,45
    B -> 3,43
    A -> 3,52
    R -> 3,51
    F -> 3,44
    SX -> 1,38
    Y -> 1,72
    W -> 0.23
    R -> 0,69
    M -> 0,88
    N -> 0.89
    O -> 0,1
    P -> 1,88
    Q -> 1,88
    T -> 0,1
    u -> 1,88
    v -> 1,01
    3,3 -> 3,46

    are ok this voltage? can you help me please!

    did you use thr right install picture?

    have you checked over and over again so you have connected everething at it's right place?
    ask a friend to check, helped me ones

    make sure there is no bad solderings.
    to make sure its a good soldering, just pull a bit in the wire. if it come lose its a bad one.


    it might be a bad chip, but thats not common.

    Memcard led mod With "active" leds! : DONE
    Total case makeover with "active" leds and cathode : DONE

    Installed a 120GB western digital : DONE
    installed a resetbutton in controller : DONE

    but he sess that when he remove the chip it works... maybe its a missplaced wire at the bios points.
