matrix infinity 1.75 won't boot codebreaker

hi all,

codebreaker 9.2 used to work on my ps2 slim when I had matrix infinity 1.54, then i upgraded to 1.75 today and now it refuses to boot the codebreaker cd while action replay still works.

the ps2 tries to read the disc, spins up, goes past the matrix infinity ps2 logo then dies with no video output. I tried another copy and got the samething.

i would downgrade back to 1.54 but it seems that the infinity team website is down for the moment.

so can anyone else confirm this?

ok i just downgraded back to 1.54 and codebreaker works like a charm again, so indeed something's wrong with 1.75.

I have already sent an email to the infinity team regarding the problem, hopefully a new firmware will be released soon.

I've heard that the Matrix team is working on it and that it would be fixed with the new firmware. (Don't remember where I heard it, so I don't know if it's true)

the infinity team has just informed me that the problem has already been fixed and is under testing, a new firmware should be released soon.

Yes true with FW1.75 doesn't boot up the CB2V9.1 and higher
but reflash to FW 1.68 it does all !

Well I had FW1.68,and it wouldn't boot CB9.1 or CB9.2

hmm , I dunno why not work on Your NTSC PS2 with CB2v9.1 / 2
I have PAL Europe PS2
if change Color mod Pal and Y fix on in Matrix Menu then wouldn't boot CB9.1/ 2
but Color mod Auto and Y fix off then boot CB2V9.1 and higher

Is CB only in NTSC or PAL? Cause if there are two versions, maybe that could be a problem

The CB2 only NTSC-USA ,but U've Matrix then work on all region
