Is a laser fix required if already have Matrix Infinity Green Dot?

Is a laser fix required if already have Matrix Infinity Green Dot?

I know the Matrix Infinity site says "CD Lens Safe", but some posts say that they installed a laser fix too.

Is a laser fix (eg. Slimfix V4) still necessary?

on a v12 u still need the fix and on a v9/10 u need the romeo
