Hi,
I finally got ps2 (Version 3) chipped up with an updated matrix infinity chip.
My original games loads just fine, however my burned games shows a strange symptom-The game loads to the menu and when I want to start a game it just stops responding.
What's the f***ing problem with it?

could be a couple of things
either the laser isnt good enough to read burnt media especially being a version 3
or the type of media your using isnt good media
what discs are using
what program are you burning them with
do you have a new laser or is it the original

I've got a few kinds-LG, Verbatim and HP.
I'm using the latest Nero software (6.6.0.16).
and...I think It's the original laser.

use DVD Decrypter instead of nero burn at 2x, are the backups loading when you say game loads to menu does that mean the backups boot?

It loads to the menu of the game, and when I want to start a game, It gets jamed up.
It happens even with games that worked before (On my old PS1).

Thanks for all the people who helped me-the source of the problem was found!
It turns out that the old disks I mentioned earlier won't function anymore even on my old PS1 (also chipped), and that the problem with the new games was simply the wrong way of burning (thanks for ronetoneps2 for the help), and my f***ing lousy LG medias.
Learn from my mistake-DON'T USE THEM!
The game I burned on them won't work 10 minutes after the burning procedure (!) and when it did, It took the PS2 ages to load the game (with quiet a few sounds of protest from inside the PS).
So, Once again I thank for all the people here who helped me fix this problem.
Thanks!!!
