Installed Modbo 4.0 but not working as it should –

I installed a Modbo 4.0 in my SCPH-390004.
I can access the Matrix Infinity menu (my Modbo has v1.93 when i got it)
Things i can:
Play DVD-Movie
Play PS2 DVD original
Things i can't:
Play PS1 backup (i put in PS1 backup, reset the PS2 and it just hangs at the grey Matrix logo)
Play PS2 DVD backup (playstation browser boots, i insert the disc, it says "Reading disc" and then i get a red screen)
Play PS1 original (The PS2 browser opens, and thinks it is an AudioCD)
Is one of my wires loose?
Oh, the connection named "H" on my Modbo isn't connected to anything, the diagram did not talk about the "H" connection.
I connected everything with this diagram:
http://www.yh-game.com/web/icpic/yh-...8/V7V8-usa.jpg (is this the correct diagram? Because it says "USA PS2", but i have a PAL (Europe) PS2
Facts:
I have a V7 SCPH-390004 PAL PS2 because i live in Europe.
I don't know if my PS2 backup is PAL/NTSC. Is my PAL PS2 able to play NTSC backups???
My PS2 backup is burned on Nashua DVD+R (16x capable, but i burned @ 4x)

Alright, this is f*cked up
I resoldered all the connections and doublechecked everything and now my modchip isn't working/detected at all :S
If i boot a original PS2 DVD, i normally saw the Playstation 2 logo (with the whuump sound) and on the second text line i saw "Infinity 1.93"
But now i don't see that text, and i also cannot access the bios with triangle and circle.
And holding start also doesn't give any reaction (normally it would say "DISABLE" )
I think it has something to do with the diagram i used (i mentioned in the post above).
I think it is only for USA PS2 not for PAL Europe.
I have GH-019 mainboard, i looked for diagrams with the combination GH-019 and Modbo 4.0 but i can't find a scheme according to my mainboard.
