Installed MI now screen is black.!? v12

Ok, I removed the chip and reinstalled it to make sure all my solder points were good, and now the screen is black when I power up the system. Any ideas on how to aleviate this issue?

I am using the Green Dot MI, which I was under the impression it had the fix built in...
