Install Guides?

Hello there folks, new to the forum and the ps2 scene in general. Iv built a good few pc's but never played with the ps and im now looking at getting a Matrix infinity homebrew mod for my ps2 v12.
Iv had a look on the matrix teams site but couldnt find any guides for instaling just a couple of close up pics of the board, was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a full install guide? Iv read theres aound 20 wires involved but my soldeing skills are alright so just want to find out exactly whats involved before i order my chip.

so just a case of matching the letters then, one question wheres best place to mount the mod pcb?

Hi folks, I am brand new here and saying hi, not sure if there is a new user thread or not.
can I ask if some body can tell me how I do the laser fix for slimline v12.
