import DNAS problems

hi i have a pal ps2 with a mi installed i know you disable it for originals or patch a copied game but is there anyway to play a ntsc original online because if i disable the chip i cant play the game

any help much appreciated

u cannot play an ntsc game on a pal ps2, even if u r able to run the backup somehow.......to be able to play the game online, u need to either grab a copy of the game that is from the region of your ps2, or u need to change the console/iLink IDs of ur ps2 to change its region to the region of ur backup...notes that, the second option is only applicable if u ps2's version is less than 9 ....once u r through the region problems, then u need to be able to play the backup:

- to be able to play an ORIGINAL online, u need to DISABLE the modchip
- to be able to play a BACKUP online, u DO NOT need to DISABLE the modchip, u just need to patch the DNA$ in the backup...

they reply in their email that they will add something like the crystal chip with online dnas auto-patching in the future update but so far no news yet leh
