How to find out if my PAL TV can handle NTSC or not

So, I have the Matrix Infinity in my PAL PS2, and every NTSC movie and game works perfectly. Now I want to be 100% that my TV can handle NTSC, because I want to buy a NTSC Wii, so I decided to do a more torough research.

Do I set PS2 Screen Fix to NTSC or PAL60 to really find out if my TV supports it?

If it supports 60hz pal it can handle NTSC.
