sure m8, its easy.
u have to make is yourself actually, with CDPS2GEN and the files from the zip file.
then add the boot.elf, wich is the app u want to have in DEv2 mode.
read the tutorial in my signature
hi all.
i have make a cd with dev2 v1.1 and hdloader as boot.elf.
when disc starts appears message "loading boot elf from cd0:",
inmediately after this appears: "checking hdd...". then hdd light
starts to work. but it has 2 hour and quarter cheking and it continues.
hdd is working properly (i use it with hdloader). it also has about
100 gb used from 300 gb total size. what could be the problem?
is this time normal? also, can i make a directory using windows and
copy manually the elf to hddX:\_BOOT\BOOT.ELF?
thanks in advance
what i did, if you cant get this to work. Put the cd in, go to launch elf you will see the files on the cd. and what i did because i had so many coasters (they were seen in the ulaunch tho) copied the whole cd to boot___ part. just make sure boot.elf is lowercase (i think it is)

did the same as diablejo and it also crashed during the hdd check.
btw does anyone know where to get the latest hdl elf now that ps2hd is down ?

If your HDD is over 137GB, then you need to use the 48-bit version of the INFINITY DEV2 Install Software V1.1 created by dlanor. Read out it here (post #10) if you can somehow sort through all my text. I guess I should clean this post up so it's clear and easier to read...
dlanor also confirms the need to use the Installer disc before just copying boot.elf to 'hdd0:/__boot/boot' in this recent post.
great works here aswell =D thx a lot
