Help Modchip not working

I have a Fatboy PS2
Matrix Infinity Modchip

the other day my DVD/CD Backups are not loading
and plus my Independent Exploit CD is not working
I get a message that says to please put in a Playstation Format CD
It seems that the laser is fine but the Modchip is not working anymore

A.) Would reflashing the modchip with the latest firmware work?

B) How can I make a Memory Card Exploit with these items
1.) Fatboy PS2
2.) Matrix Infinity Modchip
3.) Maxtor 160 GB
4.) PS3 Memory Card Adaptor
5.) Laptop Computer
6.) PCZ 16GB USB Flash Drive

first up. a wire or more might have come undone.
second, what firmware are you running? 1.93 is the last one they released?
third, is your chip genuine, or a clone?
fourth, you don't need any exploit with a matrix chip. it has both dev1 and dev2. google matrix infinity tutorial I've written it to aid matrix users on the software side.
fifth, you don't use the ps3 memory card adapter for jack shit on the ps2. I don't know why people keep trying to use that peice of junk.
sixth, the laptop can help if you have a usb flash drive.

I have a OCZ 16GB Flash Drive
It its a Genuine Mod chip but not sure had someone else mod it
Not really that confident in opening up the PS2 to figure out if one of the wires came undone
I was talking about using the adaptor to connect with the computer to run the memory card exploit if thats possible

no one said a usb exploit exists. where do noobs get these damn terms from?

and stop creating multiple threads wanting one problem fixed. and I really suggest you do some research on reputable mod chip installers here, and spend about $30 USD to get that chip diagnosed and fixed or removed as it will probably bring problems down the line with it being in there and screwed up. also, for an exploit, run Free MC Boot. It resides on this site. search for it.
