help installing latest infinity –

sorry to be a pain
i have a PAL v5 (check lots of googled results)
reckon this modding is WAY above me, but going to try (using all the info on the site) as i have some experience soldering, just not this fine
the following jpg is really low res (made in 2004):
w**.infinitymod.com/matrix/files/chips/Matrix%20Infinity/V05-V06/PAL-V5.JPG
has anyone anything more hires or clearer?
totally lost over the wires for A and SCEX - do you solder onto a resistor?
if not, i should be able to make do if someone tells me:
a) where does the A go - is it the gold hole to the right of the small black resistor? or the right end of the resistor?
b) silly now, but... the mod has an SX (amongst others) but the diagram has a SCEX, so whats the CE bit about? and again, cant actually find a solder point to go onto, so do i solder to the resistor?
sorry to repeat myself, as went over the above msg and tried to make it clearer, hope it did...
any and all help greatly appreciated - be gentle with me, as i have done a few searches as well as the main site

Solder to wherever they say. Yes you solder on the side of the resistor. For SX you can bridge the two resistor if you want.

thanks - nearly there
i can see a bit clearer not re where the A wire goes - to the right of the right-hand resistor (yes?)
as regards SCEX, still need to know:
do i only connect the SX wire?
(so whats the EC bit in the sECx??? please)
also, what do you mean by bridging the 2 resistors? the red dot at SCEX isnt too clear, and been looking at it a long time now
could do with a UK fitter, anyone recommend somewhere?

SX is SCEX. I think they simply shortened it on the chip.
The resistors are the ones either side of the blob in the diagram, somewhere close to the main chip (when I say main I mean biggest on that side of the board) (Not the emotion or graphics chips) They should be close to a larger component, also of the squareish and blocky ilk, near the top left of the chip if looked at with the cutout part of the board to the top.
