Having some problems..

Hi! I have the PS2 Slim SCPH 90001 with the firmware v. 1.93.

First, one doubt: I don't know if my TV can run NTSC or PAL games... it works excelent with 60 hz (I know, a really noob doubt :( )

Now, the reason of my doubt. Games like God of War, are running with some problems: The games runs out of screen, it's missing like.. 1 and a half inches.

I went to themodchip menu, and tried everything in Screen Fix and Y-Fix..

But nothing changes.. And i have a almost new TV (4 or 5 years xD) with a screen of 21" so.. i don't think the tv is the problem (many people told me that).

Same problem goes with GTA: San Andreas. I could manage it a little with the Screen Position in Video Options, but it looks like the game doesn't fit the screen (it's like is too big to the screen).

Another problem happens with the CD's. The PS2, doesn't read anyone (waiittt. I didn't tried a PSX already, it's fairly new the PS2).

I tried with a CD with a program that let me do backups of my memory card in a pen drive... but I tried like.. hundred of times.. and it doesn't read it.. juts initiates the PS2 like if there is no DVD/CD on.
