flashing problem

I bought and installed the matrix infinity green dot. Now the question is, how do I flash it? I downloaded and burned 2 different things from this site with no luck either time. The ps2 starts fine and will play my games, which leads me to think I installed it correctly. Any ideas or insight on what I may have forgotten? Thanks for any help given.
