Which is better![]()
I prefer firmware v1.68 cause it autoboot every things, including Codebreaker v9.2 (burned) on my PAL machine
But firmware v1.75 wouldn't boot![]()
I love my Matrix Infinity modchip![]()

So, what's wrong with v1.75?
I've been running it for a while now and had no problem...![]()
How can i flash back to 1.68??
I've been running 1.75 without a problem.
1.75 has a bug with the AUTO ATAD Patching feature. You can install the browser 2.0 fine. But if you boot a game with official support to the HDD, it will lock up the console.
Tested with RE: Outbreak , RE: Outbreak File#2 (both locks at the first LOADING... screen after the PS2 logo), ESPN NBA 2K5 (locks up after the PS2 logo. black screen) and Socom 2 (this one locks up when you enable HDD Support at the options screen.
They work fine with 1.68. I already submitted this bug to the Matrix Team, with the help of a friend of mine Asapreta. He tested the games with both 1.75 and 1.68. I had no idead what was wrong till he said: "Found the problem. Downgrade to 1.68. It's a weird bug in 1.75"
