    Help needed with Infinity installation

I have a strange problem with my V7, ps2 PAL after soldering with Matrix inf.
I installed Infinity chip and after assambling tried to boot.

I see my Matrix boot logo and boots nice to ps2 browser.
But i cant boot any backup . i got no problem with booting original games and can get in the matrix menu with pressing triangle+circle.

First i tried to flash it with the latest FW. but it couldnt read the disc. after a few tries with holding the reset button and waiting till the blue led flashed up. It suddently boot the flash cd-r i dl from MI. But still doesnt boot my dvd-r...

    What could be the problem??
