Hi everybody. Need help for a small problem.

My Ps2 75004 (V14) with an Infinity GDot HomeBrew is very weird, so i decided to check all the soldering and found something very weird: my 3.3V point (as in pal-v14.jpg) is connected to the ground. I Checked with the multimeter and it has 40 Ohms between them. It that ok? I'm going to replace the wires for 3.3 and GND with thicker ones to see if thats the problem. but is it possible that the thin wires are responsible for the ps2 to go berserk? It just run the first time and then it just freezes in games, doesn't run the drive (goes berserk), it shows black screen after Matrix logo.. I can reach the matrix configuration and i've made an update to 1.82.

    Please help. I'm totally desperate

40 ohms is a far cry from a short circuit. I don't know what the appropriate value would be, but it's perfectly normal to see a resistive path between 3.3V and ground due to protection circuits, pullups/pulldowns, etc.
