Help!! How to make bootable after replace th skin?

Hi everyone, please help, how to make bootable after replace the skin in USB Advanced?, 1st I copied USBADVN.ELF, next I unpack with PS2-unpacker, and then I patch the skin with USBAStrip, and then I packed again with PS2-packer, and then burn the file named USBADVN.ELF with DUMMY.BIN & SYSTEM with Nero burning, but the result the CD can't boot, have I any missed step in here? please advise, thanks.

i used PS2cdgen to burn files to be bootable on the ps2, worked fine. I looked around for ages for the prg called ps2cdgen and could not find it anywhere, i believe theres a v3 of it somewhere, anyhow, luckily i had an older version "cdgenps2v2" which did the trick.

I have used PS2CDGENV2 to burn files made with Infinity manager, which basically means i have downloaded the Infinity manager from the Matrix website and added my HDloader.ELF as BOOT.ELF to 4 files already in the Infinity managers archive. This is the steps i used to make a bootable Infinity manager install cd(DEV2Install) on the Ps2. Please note that this will make a Bootable cd on the Ps2 which will let you install HDloader to your hard drive, Also note that you will need a Matrix infinity chip fitted in your Ps2 to boot a Ps2 Elf from the hard drive using DEV2 mode. Ok, firstly you need to unpack the files in this email. You will need to run the file called ps2cdgen(English) later when you have gathered 5 files to add, 4 files from your Infinity manager folder which are DEV2I.ELF, DUMMY, DUMMY2, SYSTEM, BOOT.ELF. You will achieve the file BOOT.ELF by copying your HDloader.ELF into the same directory as the above 4 files and renaming it to BOOT.ELF, now run PS2CDGENV2 and add these 5 files into the right main window in PS2CDGENV2, then go to file and choose Create Cd from the dropdown and save. you should now have a burnable image file you can burn with nero burning rom. Boot the cd in your Ps2 and choose to install to hard drive when prompted by the Matrix Infinity manager program.
