Can someone please post the HDL/HDA builder so i can compile skins and stuff? Thanks.

I'm kind of confused about the question. Are you looking for something to make the skins with, or are you looking for something to apply the skins to hdloader. If you are making them, any image editing software should work. If you search, I belive it was zero-x who posted a template for creating skins. If you are looking for patching, you can use zero-x's hdlpatcher to patch and apply images. Again...try searching.
