Requesting HD Loader CD Cover

I wanted to put a cd cover on my HD Loader disk since i keep losing track of it and have to end up making a new one everytime :cry: , but i cant seem to find any. Anyone have any custom made ones or regular ones they can spare. I tried a cover database but they only have hd advance skins.
