Original HDLoader skin?

Does anyone have a copy of the -original- HDLoader skin? I like that skin and just want to modify the loading screen with some text denoting which patches I have on it, etc. Trouble is, the only unpacked HDLoader I have is already skinned with some kind of free ps2owns crap.

An 'original' skin or virgin unpacked HDLoader would be rad.
